There is one of two possibilities, either there actually is more vacuum then what there should be, or the vacuum reading is incorrect.
I believe the next step should be to scan live data, and throw a mechanical vacuum gauge on the car at the same time when it is acting up. Either the data readings will be consistent with the mechanical gauge, and doing something funky in unison, or the gauges will not be in agreement with what is going on, in which case you would track down a bad sensor, electrical issue, ECM issue, etc.

34 MAP sensor voltage was too low for 1 second when engine speed was under 600 RPM, or MAP sensor voltage was too low for 1 second when engine speed was over 600 RPM and throttle angle was above 20%.

If you're looking for a freebie shot in the dark, it may be worth a shot to look at the throttle body to see if it could use a thorough cleaning. Also check the IAC valve and passages to make sure they are not plugged up, and also confirm there are no intake restrictions.

has vacuum leak, can hear it loud and clear, but i can not find the sucker. it will idle fine for a minute then it begins to sputter and eventually stall. starts right up every time but then when i give it gas it dies out. I just cleaned the EGR valve and can not feel any air anywhere. did the carb cleaner check but still no luck. any ideas?

Nope...no change...im just gonna order all new gaskets and clean everything off and replace gaskets and hope it solves it.......
The Hose that is under neath the intake manifold , thats connected to pcv valve correct?

well i figured it out, after taking most of the stuff surrounded intake i noticed part of the gasket in the rear was missing and was the culprit...replaced and now however my dash guages are not working?!!?!?! its the electronic dash, all fuses are good. did not disconnect anything
