I recently posted about the trouble I'm having with the Electronic Climate Control on my 1993 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. It seems to be getting better, but still not quite working correctly.

The issue seems to be with the interior temperature sensor. This sensor is mounted on the passenger side of the car below the glove box. The sensor itself is behind a small screen, and a tube uses the fan system to draw cabin air across the sensor. This part is working correctly because a piece of paper will stick against the sensor screen when the system is running.

I unfastened the sensor from the screen, and it was full of dust. So I blew out the dust with canned air, but this didn't seem to help. The only thing inside the sensor assembly was what appears to be a thermistor that'* soldered to two wires that lead to a connector which plugs into the dashboard wiring harness.

So it looks like it would be a simple matter of removing the thermistor and putting a new one in its place. The problem is knowing what to get to put in its place.

Anyone know what the value on that thermistor is? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
