Head lights stay on
Last week I replaced all my brake lines on my 96 olds 88. Ever since then my headlights stay on all the time and don't turn off when i shut the car off. They do go off after about 10 minutes. I did use my parking brake when i replaced my brake lines. Could that have caused this problem?? Also I hear a rapid clicking noise coming from the light control module. When that happens I notice the radio light brighten and dim again like it should when the headlights are turned on by the twilight sentinel. So is my problem with the LCM, headlight switch, or is there a switch attached to the parking brake that'* causing this?

I'm going to assume this is related to an Oldsmobile? What trim and year would also help us help you. I'm going to remove your other post to prevent confusion with others.

I bet its either in the dimmer switch or the headlight switch. The clicking sounds like the common problem with the dimmer switch on a lot of early 2000s GMs
