UPDATE:

The new programmer has fixed the issue!! I've never seen the head unit so responsive, also the blower motor runs continuously now with no monetary interruptions. I thought I was going to need a new blower module, looks like a bad programmer can mimic that as well. I have noticed that the passenger side actuator needs to be replaced but the new programmer seems to be able to deal with it without going nuts like the old one.

I am very pleased!! Thanks for the help!
