hood adjuster (rubber cap)
hey guys, where online could I find the rubber cap, for the hood stops/adjusters for my 97 olds 88, I lost one, u know, the screw in/out to adjust how hood fits againt fender, also the slide in on in the fender that holds the hood away from fender.... does anyone have some on old parts car?

There are two parts to that hood stop, the bumper and the stud, do you need both, or just the rubber bumper?
If you do not want to pay around 21.00 plus shipping total for a new bumper and stud, then you may want to check with local salvage yards.
Use the following to search and at least find a yard with your car, then call to see if they have the part.

I am not sure what part you are describing.

yes, that is indeed what i am looking for, thank you
dont know how one dissappeard, but hood was vibrate from wind, and after looking why, the rubber stopper was gone from stud
