My memory was wrong and 47 is good with KOEO. The crank sensor sends the signal to the ICM which interprets it and produces a fuel signal. Your ICM may be bad.

FWIW The DIS module that sits under the coils is the same as an ICM. That may be your problem.

okay I will check that. I believe I have found the other end to the mystery pigtail. Must have overlooked this 100 times by now but this is laying on top of the oil filter unplugged and is also purpleyellow. The wiring diagram above has only shown me two things being purpleyellow and the are the CPS and VSS which are both plugged in. Yeah. They made a main engine cable with everything needed for all within a platform. There's always one or two with no where to go.
