replaced sensor . car idles for a while but when driving the engine light comes on and car runs terrible. replaced sensor, connections are good. what could be causing this

Check for Vac to map sensor? Check for leaks?

Checked the circuits to the sensor? Power to sensor? Ground? Signal circuit back to ECM?
