That looks like a knock sensor.
The diagram I put up is the wrong one. That is for the 3.0L engine.

so the picture I posted is the knock sensor ???? Is that also called cam sensor interrupter ???? I know that’s only thing that we haven’t changed yet and I looked up symptoms of a bad interrupter and my car is doing exactly what they are explaining , and it has a new cam sensor so I know that part is good

What are the wire color codes? Three wires?

i believe so , I’m actually at work right now but I can check them tomorrow morning, but I do believe it’s 2 wires

Is that located just under the throttle body? If so, I do believe it's the knock sensor. It's been a while but I don't remember a cam interrupter.

negative , on my 1986 Oldsmobile it is located directly behind the cam gear , so you have to disassemble the timing chain housing to get to it

That's the sensor mount or bracket. If it has issues it can cause problems.

I believe there's a right and wrong way to mount the cam sensor on the bracket. If you didn't follow the procedure when you did the sensor you may just need to sync it.
I'll post the procedure tomorrow.

Mitchell is not much help. I can't think if it was adjusted with a scope or tool like feller gauge. I think the sensor is adjusted by air gap of about 30 thousandths. The interrupter is a magnet. It could have a broken magnet which will distort the signal and mess up at the ignition module.
