Good afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear the part you received was defective. I have asked my
warehouse to reship you a replacement part. At this time, we do not need the
part you received returned. Please hold on to the defective part until the
replacement arrives. At that time, the defective part can be discarded.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Thank you,

Chris N

They rock. A while back I ordered a drivers side window motor. I got a box for that part but it had the passenger side motor. The promptly sent the right motor and didn't want the other one back.

That is something you don't get out of business anymore. Now I just need to break something so I can order parts from there

My two favorite places to buy parts; Rock Auto and Ebay.

A part company that DOESN'T want the stuff back if they mess up or it does? How nice of them! I've never heard of that before.

Excellent! I bought my O2 sensor for my Bonneville from them. Good prices too!
