So who stuck with their New Years Resolution???
So far I am sticking with mine. Mine was to eat better and work out regularly.
Granted I didn't start until late January, I have at least kept up on them both the best I can. I started cooking all my weeknight dinners and all weekend meals at home. I've given up the McDonalds and Taco Bell'* for salmon, salads, and grilled chicken breasts. And the workout program I started a few weeks ago.... I'm still doing it (that'* almost an act of god).
So how do you all hold up to your NYR?

didn't have a new years resolution......but i've recently quit smoking.
smoked for approx 4 years........summers usually a pack a day.
it'* been 1 week and almost 1 day since my last puff.
its going a lot better than expected!

I, on the other hand, didn't make one, so I don't have to worry about keeping a resolution.

I quit smoking about 2 years ago after smoking on and off for about 4 years. Wasn't a resolution for me either, just something I needed to do.
I haven't kept a resolution ever (that I can think of) so I am gonna try to keep the ones I made this year.

I have kept all of my resolutions which I have attached below. Who knew it would be so easy 
my resolutions are easy....
I won't do any backflips this year
I won't drive a tractor
I won't eat any deer meat this year
By making these my resolutions I will easily be able to keep them and not feel horrible.
