Xbox 360, I wont be getting it
 

I doubt I'll get it. $300-$400 for a console is a bit rediculous considering how little I get to play games nowadays anyway. Only time I really get to play anything now is during Summer break and I can just go over a friends house for my xbox 360 itch since I'm sure hes getting it.
I think my console gaming days are over.

My gaming console days stopped at N64. Once it got past that, I could not handle the controllers anymore.

I got my PS2 in December 2000 when the madness was around - I got it for Christmas, but my dad ended up paying something fierce for it. :(

i love my original xbox, it does more than i could ever ask it to do, i might get the 360 when the price drops, halo3 comes out, and there is a mod-chip available.

I have N64, PS1 and PS2, (before you say spoiled I paid for all of them) and I like my PS2, minus the fact that it is packed in a box in my parents basement. :lol:

I will be buying PS3 when it comes out this spring. NCAA/NFL, Grand Theft Auto, and Gran Turismo games are all i usually play. Not huge into gaming anymore due to college, but i squeeze in time :)

When I get a chance to play games, I play 'em on my computer. The way God intended it.... :lol:

Anytime :D....I had to sacrifice my xmas gift so that my brother and I (insert brother again..heh) could get PS2, I have played it honestly for about 18 mins total.

the N64 came with me when I moved...booya!

Ill be getting it, maybe not RIGHT away, but not too long after, I MIGHT wait till X-mas, but I doubt it

I may get it, but I'll get a PS3 or revolution first. I tend to go with Nintendo before anyone else. Go ahead and flame me for being "kiddy". I really think Nintendo has something with th e Revolution.

I have a super NES, ps1, ps2, n64, gamecube and had an xbox (sold it). I also have a DS and PSP. I paid for them all, so shut up :)

Now I PC game more than anything else. WORLD OF WARCRAFT

Dont worry Ill be getting PS3 and the revolution too, I cant wait for the revolution.

EWWWWW...ALLIANCE....I've got a Level 60 Taruen shaman and a 44 orc hunter on Icecrown.

I've got almost every gaming console out there except N64 and Xbox, but never play them. Been playing World of Warcraft for almost a year now and it takes up a lot of my free time. Got a lvl 60 Night Elf Hunter, lvl 50 Undead Rogue on Perenolde and numerous alts.

yes that was the game to play back in the day. at the time my dad has a toshiba 65 in tv. and well we where on that thing from dusk to dawn. dad got agervated and sold it, and said "if you wanta play video games and a big tv go by own own dam self one" that was the worste day of my life.

I remember N64, i had the best fun with that. Back in highschool we use to hide it in the supply closet with the tv that was used for instructional purposes. We would sneak from swim practices and just play huge Goldeneye tournaments. We even had brackets up on a chalk board in the closet. My best memories come from my N64. I still have it hooked up here and once in a while when college isn't beating me up or Im not playing on the PC, ill pop in some of the good old times. I still have a doctor mario 64 addiction.
Also I doubt the xbox360 will drop in price anytime soon. Microsoft is already taking a $76 loss per unit for it.

seman, they havent seen any profits yet from the whole xbox thing. they arent doing it for money, belive it or not

Well what's the reasoning behind coming out with the product then? Only possibility I can see is Microsoft predicts they'll be making a profit off the games and hardware instead of the console. Otherwise, why would a corporation do anything not geared towards profit?

they loose money off of every console sold, however alot of profit is made in accessories, licensing, and xbox live.

You guys haven't played until you've played on an original atari. Thats where it's at! :D Last year in our apartment we had almost all of the mainstream consoles ever. Atari clear to Xbox. Good times, good times.

yep i have one of them there ataris too. its in storage and it has over 100 games. the power pack took a pop that was a bad day.

well, i have no need for any of the classic systems, when i have a collection of about 20,000 classic game ROMs with emulators for my xbox. It fills 4 DVDs (16 Gb), Atari, Coleco, Intellevision, NES, SNES, Segas, Game Gear, Jaguar, Gameboy, and more
