And what scares me the most...its local plates (Ontario) in fact I recognize the building. That worries me even more....a muffler shop probably did that work :?

If I was a muffler shop, I'd laugh at the guy, tell him he'* got horrible taste, and then take his money and let him make his car look like hell.
