Working out

Well, I decided I wanted manly arms and a chest again, so I am taking advantage of the "gym" here at work. Anyone got any, preferably free, resources for good exercises to do? We have a universal gym and some free weights. I don't wanna play with the free weights, tho, until I'm back into some shape other than round.

Drop and give me "50".

Pushups are one of the most complete workouts you can do, but I don't need to tell you that.

Can't do pushups, or at least not for long. Bad back....
