Man, there's a little thing called LOTO, Lock Out Tag Out. Lock all forms of energy and stuff like that wont happen.

I've seen dumber things then that. Some guy tried to clear a log jammed in his chipper, (a really big chipper) with his foot. He climed on it, and started kicking, it dropped in along with him. He spent then next 20 seconds getting pulled in.
