I am now Fedex loyal
Consider this a recommendation...
I've been waiting for something to come in the mail for quite some time, and I got kinda worried as the 6th day passed... I had the tracking number so I called Fedex and they told me that the sender had the zip wrong (WAY wrong, haha), so I gave her the right zip and she said that it should ship by monday... So I asked if there was a way if I could get it sooner. She then called the branch that actually had my package and someone called me back from that branch with the package in her hand. She mailed it priority overnight for me and she put my package on the truck as she was talking to me on the phone RIGHT as he was about to leave. She held the truck up 10 minutes for me, and my package will be here tomorrow
Now, if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is...

FedEx is good. Never had a problem with them. They are usually ontime (They were late a few times but who hasn't been late before). I really like DHL, they are very reliable and have even got a package to the destination early a couple of times. One a package got misrouted and had to be delayed 2 days. I called and they gave me a full refund. Not a bad company.

Last time i got something Fedex, it was a enevelope sized package, and it fell behind the drivers seat, and i didn't get it for two weeks until he saw it behind the seat. By that time, my seller had reshipped another package for me

I use UPS, not because I work for them seasonally, but because they just seem to handle packages better in our area. Speed is typically up to par with fedex, but I've gotten too many damaged packages, including a mini-atx computer case I ordered a long time ago with acrylic that spidered all over the place due to shock.
USPS is always a last resort if I'm sending out OR recieving.

I prefer UPS because I beta tested their new WorldShip software which is GREAT stuff. I also received a free emergency blanket type of thing from them, as well as won a $100 Visa gift card for winning the drawing, lol. I <3 UPS!
