Default WTF Does this mean?

I've gotten this error about 3-4 times a day, about 6 at a time, randomly over the last few weeks.

What does it mean?

You probably never even did Windows Update before did you.

go here: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and download all the critical security updates. Its either a virus or similar malware. I am repairing a pc right now that is loaded to the max. Really makes me wonder how people can even use their pcs like this...
