School violence
On Friday afternoon I came back to my school at lunch to find five RCMP cruisers and an ambulance out front. A gang from the inner city came out to my school guns and mace. They pistol whipped and maced some students and got away, swearing to return monday. This is the same gang that was responsible for shooting and killing a 17 year old in the west end of the city a month ago. I live in a great neighborhood, a smaller city (Only 700,000 people), and honestly I can't beleive crap like this is happening. I really feel like going to school on Monday.

Lots of people didn't show today, and there was a ton of Police presence. Cruisers at every entrance and every door was locked except the front. No one is allowed to wander around on spares or lunch for this week. You have to go home or sit in the cafeteria. They think they have enough evidence to find these people since they got caught on the school survaillence system assaulting the students and robbing them.
This gang is composed of mainly refugees from Africa and the Middle East, and they have been causing trouble in Downtown Winnipeg for quite some time. I really can't comprehend why they would do this after they were lucky enough to be let into Canada to start a new life.
I hope they get caught and deported.

Effin jerks. Honestly.
This is the same ethnic crowd that caused all those riots in Paris suburbs for 3 weeks, less then a month ago. I understand racial inequalities that plague France...but not in Canada.
Immigrants to Canada are very appreciative to be here...jerks like these punk kids ruin it for others...its sad...especially in our Country,

I'm living in the middle of a lot of gun violence going on in Toronto lately - it'* been a record year for gun murders (~50) out of the total ~75 murders so far.
I pass through Rexdale every day on my way to school. I live right near Jane & Finch - I'm down the road. Mention those two areas to anybody who lives in the Toronto area and you get shudders. Questions asking why you haven't moved out. But this is my area, I grew up here...

Gun violence in Toronto is expected in a city of what? 4 million+? Not that I accept it, but I understand how its happening. But hearing it happen nation wide is the most troubling. God damn guns :?

Thats really messed up man. Get a gang member by himself without him packing, he will run away like a little bitch. Plus, I heard shrinks can make them cry like a little baby since they need to feel "apart" of something, cuz their life has gone down hill.
