Default Getting laid off

after 51/2 happy years with this company, we had a dinner meeting tonite to inform us that our company will dissolve June 1st. Our boss is a GREAT guy, sure made it a pleasant place to be, but circumstances beyond his control are causing this. So I guess I should start looking for a job soon LOL, This is going to make the next 5 weeks a very different work world indeed

what was your trade?

Copier/fax/printer tech here.

Thought about hanging out a shingle and just going independent, always a broken printer somewhere LOL
