Basically I did 8 months worth of internships this year (with 4 months of school), and all my tax deductions on my paychecks were done as if I was working all year long. Add to that tax credits from tuition, and I can get back a lot.

well last year I had to pay $1200 this year im getting back $600 and then we get the stimulus package for $1200 in May. It'* nice to finally get something back.

Goodness, I just went back and looked at the form W-4 and realized that you CAN account for itemized deductions on that form Well, this isn't going to happen next year!
