Default Where can I get some performance parts for a 2.8 89 cutlass?

I have a 1989 cutlass supreme SL that I want to get some minor performance parts on some stuff to get er around 150+ hp like underdrive pulleys roller rockers CAI and just little things like that mabey like a bigger throttle body also... I wana get some of this stuff after I get a job dont wana spend more than $350 on er tho cause shes an old car and has 143k miles ne1 know the hp that the transmission can handle? I wana get the 0-60 time under 10 secs and my qt mile time in the 17'* or lower just so I am faster than my friends 1994 lincon continental 3.8 cause I am very competative...

Save up for a new car. For around 3k you can usually get a good S1 SSEi

hell idk...but its the basic mods he is looking for... such as intake and tuneups
