No, they were not homemade, standard issue butter and onions, just the way I like them. But they do have a neat way of cooking some things. Like the wings. They are cooked in oil, when done, they are transferred to a grill and seared. If you peek in the kitchen, you can see the flames shooting up from the grill when they throw the wings on it. Good way to burn the excess oil off of them.

yesterday made burgers in the smoker, i get ground beef, form them up and put mc cormick montreal rub and sauce on it and put them in the smoker on tin foil so it kind of bakes in all the sauce
