whats the problem with my avatar?
 

im not seeing my avatar pic/signature pic that i uploaded awhile back. i can only see the text i put down. am i doing something wrong?

Go to your control panel and you will see "edit your avatar". You upload your avatar there. It must be within the constraints shown or it won't post. As for the siggie, it's the same. Use the edit signature box and place your picture in the edit box wrapped with the [img][/img] tags just like if your were creating a post. Don't try to use the box below it, "Upload signature" It is turned off. That allows "HTML" in the Forum and a known vB exploit.

is there anyway you could make it so it doesn't say that cause that got me for a while too. it even says at the bottom your permissions allow upload "yes"

I'll look into it. I should have done that when I stripped the privilege out.

On second thought, I just came out of the Admins CP. Not sure I can remove the bottom sig box without removing the top "edit" one. Which we need. One wrong click and I blow every siggie here. All the way back to day one. I got to talk to the owner/IT before I play around.

Yeah. I'm not sure I can just remove the bottom upload box without removing the upper edit one. It's one think to block the upload, another to remove only part of the feature. And I sure don't want to chose "No Signature"s) hehehe. Can you say "Mass Dump"
