We had a break in at my work today. when I arived and did the alarm I noticed some motion zones were off on the key pad then went in to my office and looked at the camera monitor and saw 2 cameras pointing to the ceiling.
went to investigate and it wasn't pretty. busted glass everywhere.our offices have glass doors.
computers,printers,projector,and the co.server missing.
also a lot of small **** like clocks picture frames even food from a small fridge.

I take it they were hungry after haulin everything to the get away car? Why the hell would you steal food...thats stupid...

tell me about it ... kids fruit drinks.

Glass has been replaced and cleaned up. looks like it never happened
except the missing stuff.

I just hope you didn't have any extremely sensitive data on that server. :(

That'* ALOT of malice on thier part, besides the obvious. Sounds like a disgruntled FORMER employee to me. Similar thing happen a couple years ago at my work.

Sounds like an inside job to me!!! i thnik your theif is still working there and just fixed every thing before they left work that night. I would make sure to get the cameras fingerprinted and i think you will figure out which employee was looking for a free confuser and food too.

nope whoever did it broke in through a back office window from outside with 4 bricks.
the dectectives did look for prints but believe he wore gloves. But he did leave a flashlight behind and they are hoping to get prints from the batteries.
I did have a security camera going but it was dark inside of the building.
I'm just bummed they took the tape before I could watch the hole thing.
