After All These Years
I am going to try to start lifting weights again. I quit back in April of 2003. I remember clearly because I quit 2 weeks after I got my drivers licence. 
Needless to say i'll be sore tonight.
This also means I need to cut back on drinking, a LOT. Which is going to be VERY hard. For a couple of reasons. 1st off is whenever I am drunk I am very optimistic and it makes me very happy. Secondly it helps me deal with problems. Lastly, i've been drinking anywhere between every day to every other day. Its deffinitly gonna be a challenge.

I drink every now and then and lift weights.. doesnt bother me any. Just dont drink right before you would lift weights heh.
