Not too much today other than driving a few miles in it. Yesterday I changed the power steering pump and fabricated a line to make it work! That was a PITA. Pulled into the liquor store today and a kid about 8 years old looks over as I pull up beside the vehicle he was in. He smiled and said "your truck sounds mean!" I said, "Thanks bud, it is mean!" LOL made my day...

I got my HIDs back I bought a ballast and two 10 000k bulbs off a guy locally to get me by until I get some money to buy some digital ballasts. I was expecting the output on the bulbs to be extremely blue, but they weren't. I'm thinking they might only be 8000k

Those are really blue, much more blue than the 8000k I had in mine before switching to 5000k.

Hmm. Maybe they really are 10 000k. They look a lot better than I was expecting if they are.

Did a wash job on my truck today, touched up the paint that was peeling over the past couple days with colour match spray bomb that turned out way better than I thought! So today I did the wash job, then got some Meguiars Fine Cut cleaner and applied a coat. That sure brought the paint back to life! Gonna put a coat of wax on top of it over the weekend.
