I have done a few of those of the 4.3Ls. I am at the mindset of when its time to replace the LIM gaskets that it is also good to replace the waterpump, radiator, heater hoses (flushing the core) and radiator hoses. Costs about $250 more, but the cooling system is good for another 5+ years.

To all you guys complaining about "high" gas prices.. I'm paying $1.42/L, which is about $5.44 usd/gal.. It cost me about $60 to fill up (at $1.37/l) friday for my 4 hour drive home for the week.

Found the writeup
"The AC compressor and power steering pump bracket must be loosened and pulled forward to access the front intake bolt. Start by loosening (there is no need to take it all the way off) the nut behind the power steering pump as seen in the picture above."
This is a great writeup:

Quick fact: Factory plugs and wires on a 03 Bonneville hold up for 117k miles. Yup apparently the previous owner (got the car at 97k miles) never had a tune up. Went to put the new exhaust on this weekend and wound up also doing plugs, wires, fuel filter, repair work to the fuel line hooked to the rail, serpentine belt, and the throttle body was loose.
