the only places in ny is the five major boroughs in downtown nyc. glad for that. its still sucks having to get the damn evap working everytime it fails. my bonnie has had an almost continuous evap code since ive bought it. always something different too.

They still do the sensor test on pre OBDII vehicles I think. At least in Ohio (all of the 5 counties or so that still have e-check lol)

The metro area of atlanta does the checks. Full checks if you don't have obd2 and just a code/fuel cap check if you do. Not bad.
