My wifes Montana was sounding really bad. Lots of creaking and clunking with each bump, and my wife was complaining. I jacked up the front end, went under and pushed up on the sway bar. Felt a little play and could feel it clicking. I replace both end links and what do you know, no more noise. And the Montana was much quieter as well

Pick some up for me too, and drop em off on the way home. I'll have some beer chilled.

I read a thread that had your problem in it.

Things I have replaced in the last week; 2 new front struts with new springs and strut mounts, 2 new stabilizer links, and new outer tie rod. Also I put a new wheel hub on about 2 months ago. The pop sounds happens when I turn sharp (fast and slow). I drove the car without the stabilizer links and still had the pop when turning. I'm thinking the coil spring because after the pop the cars feels like it shifts.

Ok, now back on topic. I did more body work on my truck.

Finally verified the WSS is bad on the Montana. And did a little tuning on a GT with a top swap.
