Cartoon movie maker?
I think it was a Windows 95 CD that had a cartoon movie maker. I used it about 8 years ago or more, but it was basically a trial in which you had one scene 3 angles, two characters, and possibly some other things. You basically drag the characters, and then they know to walk that way. I resized someone to walk around the city like a monster, and some other character flew up and punched him. Then the big guy fell down, and it was over. I would like to see if I can find this again or get something similar. Are there free programs out there that let you do this? I did some Google searches, but I guess I just don't know what to look for. I tried 3D model maker and cartoon movie maker. There were other words every now and then like free, windows, and so on. I'm also open to Linux movie makers if it means I can make a useless cartoon and save it to a video format like .avi, .mov, or the like. Anyone know of such software?

The one youre talking about is called Microsoft 3D Movie Maker. I remember it as well, it entertained me quite a bit as a younger lad.

That appears to be the demo, not sure if the whole program is out there somewhere, I leave that up to you.

Awesome! The link(*) turned out to be broken, but I did a search, and I got it straight from Microsoft'* FTP server in less than five seconds! Thanks a whole lot for the reminder!

In order to promote my useless site, HotSexyRadomir.info, I've put the file there. However, when I try to install it on XP, I'm told I'm missing a .dll file. See if you have the same problem.

Enjoy. Please also write some comments in the guestbook on that fine site. The current guestbook list is saddeningly short. :(
And Haro, I don't remember if it had those quotes.

if it tells you which DLL is missing, just google search for it, download it, and paste it into your system32 folder under windows. Easy fix.

That did help me get the file, but I'm told that one is not a valid Windows image, and I should check the install disk. Strange.
