Can anyone recommend a good prepaid cell phone provider? It has to be fairly cheap with a good cheap available flip phone. I have Trac Phone now, and it'* getting time to buy a new phone, so I was just wondering if I have any better options other than Trac Phone.

I've got a Tracphone and every 4 months when I order 60 minute cards (buy one get one free) they send me another phone free too. Not bad for $20. Works out to $5/mo for me...LOL

How do you pull that off, the buy one get one free deal, I mean?
