i downloaded Firefox cause its smaller and seemed to have less stuff i dont need and wow its way better than IE if nothing other than the tabbed browsing, and then its more secure too so what more could you want.

Oh it'* not more secure, infact if you wanna find holes, just DL the code.

No one writes virus' for it though Just like Macs. IE is on every computer, so it'* easy to find to get into.

That being said, this was posted from Firefox...

Scared about that Windows IE security problem?
I'm not concerned, there'* internet banking sites being watched by hackers so they can get keystrokes. Just don't go to any banking sites and you'll be fine.

nah im not that worried about security, i just got tired of IEs errors for no apparent reason from time to time and its just a little too quirky for me and i dunno i like Firefox, its got a few less features than IE but thats just less crap to wade through.

I was just telling Jim....Get rid of IE and his problems will be much less.
A friend pushed me into using Mozilla and I did not go willingly...I am a creature of habit
and LOVED my IE.

Well now after a user for over a year, I will NEVER go back except for those few pages far
and few inbetween that won't open and need IE.

I use Mozilla 1.7 and Love it!

Download the Linky Feature for it too! VERY COOL!

I, too, have been using Mozilla for over a year now. And yes, it IS more secure than Internet Explorer is. It never crashes (IE crashes all the time on my machines) and the tabbed browsing is just ingenious. I'll never go back either. I've never had a single problem with Mozilla.

If IE crashes, your windows install is unstable. Mozilla browsers crash more for me.
