ive looked at the nutrition facts on em, caloried per ounce are basicly the same as any other frozen food so they arent healthier, just smaller

I have the same problem also....
But...
Its all about How much you eat not always about what.
So i know its hard, im having trouble eating less.
For the morning now im trying to just have the Target Brand SlimFast. it takes good and it holds me over till lunch

well i am proud of my self I just went and weighed my self and I have lost 15 lbs in the past month due to the meals like that I am almost to my normal race weight only 20 lbs to go
