I do 2nd level tech support for Quicken Loans Inc. It'* the #1 online mortgage company in the US. Needless to say it'* a very fast paced, very busy company, so I'm always busy there. It'* a nice job to have.

L2..I SO WISH I had an L2 support queue to escalate to lol. Being a Senior Server Support Technican at dell, l2 support is done by = me, myself, or my coworker.

Sad part is that um uh my superiors could not find the start button if I told him where it was.

No level 2 eh? Our level 3 team (systems team) would go nuts if they did the L2 stuff. And I'd go nuts if we didn't have a L1 (phone) support.
