Tired-Must Stay Awake(At Work)

Well so i pulled another stupid movement. I just turned 19 recently so i have been enjoying myself a tad bit latly. I seem to have a problem, me and good buddy of mine went downtown last night. A girl friend of mine had her party at a well respected nightclub here in the downtown distrikt. To get to the point i knew i had work today but i wanted to celebrate my good friends birthday. Well all went better then expected...tons of gorgious lovley women to get to know. Well after about 8 beers we decided to leave the club around 1:30...well instead we stayed and party'd like animals until 3:00am.

Problem:
Got home at 4:00am, fell asleep at 4:20.....Had to be at work at 8:30. I am just outright burnt out and was wondering what is the best way to stay awake and allert in a situation like this. I know i came to the right place to ask as i have seen many B.C meets with members looking like they never had a minute of sleep :) . So throw out all your suggestion as i am a newbie at this point. Coffes? Red Bull? sugar overdose? lol anything that would help.

Thanks in advance.

P.S if my spelling is of poor quality i am possibly still drunk.
