Wireless internet question
Ok, if you go to large libraries you will see that they hvae several wireless access points throughout the building so you can connect and get online. If you go to your wireless survey to see available networks, you only see one network. you don't see all the seperate WAP'*. I'd like to do something similar at home, with two WAP'*. My problem is if I have two wireless access points, my laptop will only see one at a time. They are on seperate channels and hvae differe SSID'*. Do I need to have them on the same channel with the same SSID? I'd like to have wireless throughout the house without choosing the WAP each time I move to a different section of the house. How do you do this? Thanks!

leave them on seperate channels, use the same sid, and use the same key for all of them. I take it these are hard wired to the same switch.
So, what you'll have when you are done is your broadband connection into a router, and your acess points into the router switch ports or a seperate switch.
Set up your wireless as acess points.
