Thinking about getting a Chrysler Town and Country
No worries, the Bonneville ain't going nowhere :)
Comments? Flames? Bans? Let's hear it. Here's my though process: GM minivans ==> never been a fam, seem to be cheaply made, and most sport the horrendus 3.4L Ford minivans ==> umm, I don't think so Odyssey, Sienna ==> I could by 2 T&C's for that price Sedona ==> I just can't do that If you beg to differ let's hear it! |
Like, new? I dunno about those, but a friend of my moms had a 97 Dodge that was a pretty good van.

they are better than gms I think. or so I hear from the old people I work with with 3 dozen kids.

I dunno. When I got my old 93'. The woman said her husband "made" her buy a 2000 T&C. This was in 03' BTW. She didn't like the T&C because of "rattles" inside. She also said it was slower than the 93' 88, which is pretty bad. I rode in it and it was wisper quiet mechanicaly but did squeek a bit inside. Seats where comfy. She literally cryed when she handed me the keys to the 88.

Hans...remember....everyone doesnt live in Idaho and have three dozen kids...

I have a feeling I'm going to get flamed for this comment, but the newer Kia minivan really doesn't look all that bad and has gotten a lot of good reviews. And, being that it's a Kia, you can prolly pick one up pretty cheap.

trannys are still weak in them until recently
the 3.3 is a workhorse engine same as the 3.0 but idk about the 3.8 |
not too bad of a vehicle IMO, but I have to ask why you need a mini-van?
