Taking an insurance company to court (tips and tricks)
 
anyone have any ideas? small claims will cover the cost of my car, Any advice? I am making sure I have zero liablity beforehand.

Didnt you get a ticket on the scene. Insurance companies will go by that like it is the bible. Sorry I dont have better info for you.

I plan on getting all tickets reversed..then I want to know what I should do with the insurance company.
