Is this a scam?
Most of the time junk mail stays in its designated folder but this time...
Oh ok, click the link and:
Quite well done to the point where I almost put my password and username in before checking the address bar.
I dont know how widespread that email is but a lot of people would take it as authenic I think.

Anything from PayPal will have HTTPS at the head of the address

Yes...I would email this to Paypal....they will be most interested in this...gives them a bad rap...

Never, never, never respond to emails like this. It is one thing if you initiate something with the company but never give out personal info through an email like that or over the phone. You can't be too careful these days.

An easy way to check is that alot of those emails are images. If you try to highlight the text to read it, it wont highlight because it'* an image of text. Then you know it'* a scam.
