Voyager ia a museum remember :P .

I thought that was in an alternate future, perhaps in the current storyline it might end up as one eventually but for now it could still be in service.

OLDsman105 03-04-2007 05:33 PM

I doubt it.

Plus just because of the temporal prime directive say goodbye to Armor technology and transphasic torpedos. Which means good old plain jane (no pun intended) voyager.

voyager rocks. im saddened i only own the first season.

IMO the more big names they throw at a movie the worse it is so this movie is already setup to bomb. (Matt Damon, Gary Sinise, Adrian Brody) .

Although I think Gary would make a great "Bones" I am not a Damon fan and no matter how hard I try I just cannot see him as Kirk. Nor can I see Brody making a good Scotty but thats probably just me.

And I don't really think I could stand another kirk movie; I'd rather have an Enterprise cast or Janeway cast movie. This is one I'll probably watch on tv if I've got nothing better to do.

I'm, sorry to be such a nay sayer here. I'm normally a fan.

I doubt Section 31 would let those be buried, starfleet would have to reverse engineer them so that they wouldn't apear as advanced technology, and I'm sure the details of Voyager getting help from the future would be covered up so as not to raise suspicion. Besides, even after Starfleet would have stripped Voyager of the technology it's possible she could have been returned to service. Just saying, untill it's made official in a story line there's still hope it could be serving untill her decomission to museum status ;)

I agree with you on the section 31 thing. But if starfleet had decided to use some of the technology even in a simpliar sense. We would have seen it used on the Enterprise during Nemisis.

Jack 03-04-2007 09:05 PM

True. Good point.

unless the Enterprise was too high exposure of a testing platform with it being the flagship and as such more of a spectacle. Perhaps after the refit in would have needed after the events in Nemisis would have allowed time for such advancments to be implemented.

OLDsman105 03-04-2007 09:45 PM

I doubt it. The flagship gets all the new toys first.
