I cant go 1 whole day without going on the internet. Is this a common problem....Seriously

I have a hard time going 1 full day.... Not sure if I am an internet junkie or not... Maybe part junkie and part geek?

I'm only addicted to the forum'*, I can stay away from the net but have to be on the forum'* at least once a day. I need to get some meds to kick this addiction. Someone help me!
