This rank and recognition aren't just because of his seniority in the Moderator rank. It was achived by Merit, respect, and admiration by many.
And it'* not just a recognition. John will be the Mentor for new Moderators, and largely stand by as a resource for the whole team.
The Admins and more than just a couple Moderators have known for some time that he'* been fulfilling this role for some time.
