Default Bonding Metal to Metal

Any idea what product would bond best in cold weather, no I can't weld it due to the location it'* in. Also there is fiberglass nearby and would melt due to the excessive heat. It will carry very little load but must be permanent. It is car related so it must weather the elements. The epoxy I have list first is the 5 minute epoxy.

Thanks

I use some stuff that'* fantastic. Just can't bemember what it'* called. I can see the package in my mind...just can't read the text! That does you a lotta good, eh? I'll look at it when I get home. Your problem is going to be temperature. Most common epoxies take forever to cure in cold temps. Any way you can get a heat lamp on it?

No secret at all, I just felt that since it wasn't Bonne related it wasn't of much interest to most here.

I have to install new supports to hold the screws for the Rocker Panel Moulding on a 75 Corvette. See eg. below:

Well it would seem that JB weld wins then. As for the nail bitting I never even notice although I have no idea who'* hands those are.
