what are the customs fees that i have to pay if i buy something in canada and bring it back to the us? i read that the first $400 is exempt. but i dont know if thats true.

I'm only aware of what the fees are coming into the Country from the US. Anything over $100, has duty tax.

You'd have to contact US customs and immigration to find out what it is to ship from CAN to US.

ive been looking and heres what ive come up with.
-cars pay 2.5% duty tax
-i can file for $400 exemption.

im gonna call us customs today
