just got another call. the guy said if the deal today falls through, he will come buy it tomorrow.

the first kid said they could not get a money order together today, so he is just going to have his dad come down on monday and do everything at the bank on my lunch break.

however, the other guy is willing to come down with cash tomorrow, the full $5900.

since nobody has put any money down, the first person that gets here, gets it. sounds like it should be sold by Monday.
