So I was asked to make a christmas list....

I am 19 almost 20 and I commute to Penn State and my parents asked me to put together a christmas list...

The only mods done, are those listed in my signature...

I was thinking about getting a bumper cover/bra for the front of my bonneville, what else could I ask for?

What benefits does the PCM make... increase shift points and what?

If someone has a Tuner, could they just modify the stock one?

Depends on what your modding preferences are.

Id like to see some window tint on that car personally.

You could go with a muffler/tips to get a better sound.

A shift kit perhaps?

Lucky you,

my parents has refused to get me anything for my car since I have bad track records...

My very first car was a Silverado, they got me something for the truck and a few weeks later, it got traded in.

My first car that I actually legally drove was a Cutlass and they got me two new tires (to match the fronts) and a month or so later, it got sold.

Oh well.

and window tint is awesome, I guarantee you will love it.

Seeing that you're commuting from the boro, I can only assume you're headed north to Behrend?
If so, I'd go with snow tires and like 3 shovels for digging your car out.

I would have to say depending on how much they want to give you I would jump for a shift kit and pcm or plog and shift kit or tint but tint is usually something that i automatically do but that is me.
