smoothie recipes?
 

hey. got a blender and some smoothie stuff. please post your favorite smoothie recipes. the ones i made last night needed some work.

LOTS of malibu
fill to near top with ice
1 banana
couple of strawberries
fill rest of blender with pineapple juice...(most likely 2 cans)

get drunk and dont even know it!

Fill belnder w/ ice, the fill 1/2 w/ cranberry and 1/2 w/ vodka. It will sneak up on you as well :D

What I have when I'm at the club, however, Haro's sound a little bit better

If you're like me and not much into booze...

Use some vanilla ice cream instead of having entirely ice and fruit. It'll make it more...ahh, smooth. I don't have an exact recipe, though, sorry.

so far im just using fruit and either milk or apple juice. no alcohol, cuz i have yet to taste an alcohol i like.
