Sleep or Bars?
 

Have your friends ever gotten you up out of bed to go to a bar? I was definitely asleep for a good hour before my friend called tonight and I still went. :beerchug:

(It was her :bday: though!)

Oh geez, that happened to me yesterday... Won 25 bucks at poker though :-D

I dont drink but I have been waken from bed and asked to go to the nudie bar with my friend many times.

In general, what MOS says is true - it is easier for women to pick up "dates". HOWEVER, I do not practice such things (not much to pick from in this town!)

Besides, that's what "Buddies" are for.... no need to wonder who, what, where... just call... it's similar to ordering a pizza. You know the food, it's there when you're hungry, and if it "closes up shop" for whatever reason, you find a new one.

My brother would call me and ask me all the time when I was in bed or about to go to bed. He started going to bars because he was lonely and bored though. I was working two jobs/14 hours a day at the time. I wasn't getting out of bed for him :lol:

may i ask what is the point then, other than the music so loud that you can barely talk, super expensive drinks, and the problem of finding a ride home... why not just stay in your room and get wasted around a coffeetable?? :)

Oh yea! One day my mom wouldn't wake me up so the went around back, saw that my window was open and dragged me right out it, in my skivies, and my soon to be girlfriend with them too! :shock: (my bed was right in front of the window)

Really, all i remember is everyone getting a good laugh as I crawled back in the window. That and the expression on my moms face as I left the house and told her I was going out with my friends, she just couldn't figure out how I knew they wanted to go out, are things I'll never forget, was just too funny. remind me one day to tell ya how I got some payback on my friends for that night :twisted:

well I guess I got it good my gf lives here and the bar is just a couple blocks away and well on occasions things have got wild lol
