Schools these days...
I remember the days when i hated macs without even tryin them...now i really hate them. Their keyboards are VERY uncomfortable, Mice is very annoying, and Theres only 1 PC in the classroom. good thing the teacher gotta use it. She'd hate this piece of junk.

Agreed. I'm slowly converting all of my friends/family to Ubuntu. I run it on my desktop and laptop, my girlfriend tried it and loves it (it'* on her laptop now), and last month my parents switched over too. It just plain works, that'* why the few people who use it like it so much.

You think you have it bad, this was the first computer I ever used.

You modern guys......
I learned to type on an old Remington portable handed down to me from an Aunt who got it from Grams.
My first real computer after a VIC20 and Franklin Ace
My first printer was a second hand Selectric tapped into the Tandy.
I could even get it to hammer out dot matrix photos.
SO QUIT WHINNING!!!!!

LOL. I tell ya. I took a little adjustment to go from the Remington to the still clunky VIC/Tandy ones, then even more to the 'soft touch short stroke" of modern keyboards. I actually made the least mistakes on that old Remington. I seem to have always had trouble glancing against other keys as my clunky fingers move about on these slim silent touch models. Used to the Remington, I had worn alot of the lettering off the tandy and subsequent ones. I still hit the keys like I need to stamp the letters onto the paper.
