Ran My First 5K last night
I am 29 and ran my first 5k last night. Finished in 41 minutes. Could have done a little better but you have to run slalom style around the walkers for the first mile until it clears out LOL.

yea those walkers what a pain.
off topic: myself and a couple of friends we do 2.5 miles almost every night we cruise through in about 15 min but im 22
but i also bike like 20-30 miles pretty much every day.

the last mile felt like 5..LOL. This is my first but I want to train for a while and run it again next time ...hopefully faster..granted i am a bit out of shape..
