Default What'* a good way to get to sleep earlier?

I usually go to sleep between 1am and 2am. It isn't natural, I don't think, and I don't get enough sleep. Is there a good way to, like, reset your internal clock so I can go to sleep around 10 or 11?

Get a job. It forces you to get up earlier, thus needing sleep earlier. Or just get up earlier to begin with.

stay awake all night and through the next day, by 10pm the next night, you'll be out.

I have a job, lmao, that'* why I need to get to sleep earlier. I still wake up at 7 o'clock even if I go to bed at 1.

That'* a good idea, Sonoma. I just wish I didn't need the energy 5 hours of sleep would give you

I feel ya on that. Sometimes I didn't get till sleep till 3 when I had to be to work at 5am

I use benadryll if I know I need some sleep, but usually I just sleep about 4-5 hours a night.

Make sure if you use something like that, you take it at LEAST 8 hours before you need to wake up.

You think your sleep cycle is unnatural? I can't sleep before 1am, and I usually go to bed at 4.

im in the same boat, the past couple weeks i havent gone to bed until like 3 or 4ish and i always end up sleeping threw my first class :?
